Bakery:

Organized in an educational manner to the benefit the teaching of our students, the bakery applies the educative model established by our Educational Center which emphasizes the application of a theoretical education to a practical “hands-on” training through a cross-discipline approach.

The goods produced at the bakery are distributed to the Educational Center for our children’s consumption and sold to the general public.
