Farm:

Organized in an educational manner to the benefit the teaching of our students, the farm applies the educative model established by our Educational Center which emphasizes the application of a theoretical education to a practical "hands-on" training through a cross-discipline approach.

The farm consists of the following functions:

• Livestock activity and facilities:

• Stables for sheep, goats, cows, swine, horses, and mules.
• Hutches for brood hens, quail, game chickens, and rabbit.
• Worm and snail harvesting (for soil enrichment practices).

• Agricultural activity:

• Coffee cultivation.
• Vegetable garden.
• Invernadero.
• Greenhouse.
• Plant nursery.
• Fruit tree orchard.
